When we mention POLYQuik Fastpatch concrete repair products, one may associate them with filling voids, defects and damaged areas in roadways, parking lots, warehouses and sidewalks; but did you know our POLYQuik products are also optimal for airport runways, taxiways, and aprons?
WVCO representatives are headed to Galloway, NJ early next month with airport operators, aviation consultants, construction contractors, research engineers, and academic researchers at the 2014 FAA Worldwide Airport Technology Transfer Conference!
The conference, sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration and The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey August 5-7, 2014, will be a unique opportunity for our team to focus attention on how our concrete repair products can be used to improve airport safety and pavement technologies.
The keynote speaker for this event will be Scott Murrell, the Chief Civil Engineer of the Port Authority of NY & NJ. During his extensive career, he has designed numerous pavement, rail, drainage and utility projects. Airfield projects range from reconstruction of major runways to designing a precast concrete taxiway pavement. The conference will be held at the Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club, located near some of the top attractions on the Jersey Shore.
